I think it's where the free choice comes into play. I mean, He did put the tree in the garden, putting the choice out there. (Retarded Adam and Eve!) Haha, but it makes you wonder, why would He even put that out there? I guess just to make sure the Loved Him.
As for Satan, He did create him obviously. And He will destroy him. So in a sense, He created sin but it was free choice... so it just kinda turned on Him...

I don't think He created sin, per se, but did present the choice. There is nothing evil or sinful about God, so I don't think He could do that, but He did create choice, thus our choice (and Satan's choice) brought sin into the world. Does that make sense?
